Clermont Auvergne Métropole provides fledgling companies with dedicated property suited to their issues: low rents, flexible and step-up leases, pooled resources and services and a stimulating ecosystem of entrepreneurs and economic partners.

Five facilities currently host some thirty fledgling companies in the Métropole. Business nurseries are for companies less than two years old, irrespective of their legal status. Business service centers (known as “hôtels d’entreprise” in France) host companies less than four years old.

A wealth of advantages:

• a stimulating ecosystem and networking with entrepreneurs, economic partners and via events, workshops, etc.
• rent that is lower than local and step-up real estate market prices (rent lower the first year)
• a flexible, step-up lease that is geared to the development of the fledgling company: a lease ranging from 12 to 36 months with one-month notice for termination or a lease with the possibility of adding offices in the event of growth.
• shared areas: meeting rooms equipped with WiFi and video projectors
• pooled services: reception, franking, photocopier, etc.
• tax exemptions

The business nurseries in Clermont Auvergne Métropole are members of AURA PEP’s: the regional network of business nurseries and incubators. Entrepreneurs consequently benefit from a major regional network, training and events and meeting rooms of other regional members.
